REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At The English House, we value fairness, flexibility, and transparency. This policy explains when refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations apply to classes, courses, and subscriptions.

  • Full Refund: Within 24 hours of initial payment, provided no classes have been attended and no digital materials accessed.

  • Partial Refund (50%): Within 7 calendar days, if only 1 class has been attended and no full course content accessed.

  • No Refund: After 7 days, or after 2 or more classes have been attended, or full access to digital materials has occurred.


  • More than 24 hours before class: Free cancellation or rescheduling.

  • 12 to 24 hours before class: 50% of the class fee is charged. No refund of the full amount.

  • Less than 12 hours before class OR no-show: Full class fee is charged. No refund or rescheduling available.

Missed group classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If you are unhappy with your course level or class experience, we may offer:

  • A one-time course transfer,

  • A credit voucher, or

  • Application of remaining funds to a future class (subject to availability).

  • All subscriptions renew automatically monthly unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel anytime from your account settings.

  • Cancellations stop the next billing cycle, but do not trigger a refund for the current active month.

If a class is missed or disrupted due to a technical issue on our side, we will:

  • Reschedule the class at no charge, or

  • Offer a full refund for that class.

If you must pause your learning due to illness, family emergency, or similar:

  • We can freeze your course and apply unused funds to future sessions.

  • Documentation may be requested for extended freezes.

We may revise this policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
